WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are a company based in the U.K, but we source our products worldwide. Our company is set up by experienced microsurgeons, for microsurgeons wanting to improve their microsurgical skills. Our products are designed for simulation purposes only, and not for clinical use.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, simply add your items to the shopping cart and checkout via PayPal. We also accept direct bank transfer. Please email info.microsurgerytraining@gmail.com for if you wish to pay via direct bank transfer. All individual microscope replacement parts are available for purchase. Please email us at info.microsurgerytraining@gmail.com if you wish to purchase.  If you were unable to find what you need, kindly give us a shout and we will try to source these for you.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Good news, we deliver worldwide (apart from India due to shipping routes affected by the pandemic)! We aim to dispatch your items within 14 working days. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, deliveries may be delayed. We promise to try our best to get your orders delivered as soon as possible.
Delivery fees paid does not include customs tax. Customers are fully responsible for clearing the customs tax. Most delivery courier will proceed to destroy the parcel if customs tax has not been cleared by the customer.
Please note that if your parcel was destroyed by courier service due to unpaid customs tax, we will be unable to process your refund.
Delivery fees vary according to package weight and location. Tracking numbers will be provided on dispatch for orders above 50 pounds.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be happy with your order! You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must be in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. Returns must be sent back to us by your own return carrier and must be trackable. We do not bear responsibility for any returned items lost in transit. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any orders that failed to be delivered by our courier due to lack of customs tax payment by the customer. We are also unable to refund you the delivery fees paid.
