Our instruments and microscopes are designed specifically for training purposes only. They are not for clinical use. All individual microscope replacement parts are available for purchase. Please email us at info.microsurgerytraining@gmail.com if you wish to purchase.  If you were unable to find what you need, kindly give us a shout and we will try to source these for you.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
Good news, we deliver worldwide! We aim to dispatch your items within 1 to 3 working days. We promise to try our best to get your orders delivered as soon as possible.
Delivery fees are not included and will not include customs tax. Delivery fees vary according to package weight and location. Tracking numbers will be provided on dispatch.
Since Brexit, unfortunately the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union. This means that all parcels shipped to the European Union will be subjected to import duties. These duties will consist of the VAT, excise duties and a small fee for the clearing process.

Please do note that the responsibility of the VAT, duties and clearing costs lies with the customer. For more information on VAT and duties, please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS
The Small Print
We want you to be happy with your order! You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must be in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. Returns must be sent back to us by your own return carrier and must be trackable. We do not bear responsibility for any returned items lost in transit.
